Food Grade Breathable elasticated pallet covers are manufactured under our BRC certification, made from 65gsm Navy fabric.
No thread or elastic is exposed. Unlike our breathable elasticated covers, these covers are not stitched with thread and the elastic is not exposed. We seal the material using ultrasonic sealing technology so this removes the risk of thread contamination. The strong 6x1mm elastic is enclosed within a sealed hem. These covers are machine washable so you can put through your laundry process to extend the life out of the covers, or to sanitize the covers for re-use.
For traceability purposes these covers can have an identity label sealed into the hem displaying the batch number as minimum, and if required other product information like your company name and logo, product code and date of manufacture can be added.
For custom batch labels, please allow a minimum of 10 working days for manufacture. This is subject to change so please check with us at time of ordering.
