Do you supply samples?
Yes we can supply samples but when the product is made to order or the product is not “off the shelf” we may charge to supply a single sample or proof of concept sample. Multiple samples are considered to be a small job and time consuming to manufacture so we quote and charge for these accordingly.
Can you create bespoke items?
Yes, most of what we manufacture is made to order. With the more complex products we often provide drawings to help you visualise the product before ordering. We may require photos of objects that require covering, to help us understand the best way we can tailor a product to suit your needs.
Can I recycle any of your products?
Our entire temporary protective packaging range is 100% recyclable. Please contact us directly to check if the product you have in mind can be recycled.
Can you help me choose a product?
We are always happy to assist. If you are not sure what product is right for your business, please feel free to get in touch. We will discuss what it is you are wanting to achieve and offer you various options to ensure the product is manufactured exactly how you want it to be.
How do I make a purchase?

If the items you require is listed in our Shop then you can make the purchase on this site with a debit or credit card. If it is a product you are likely to order repeatedly, we can offer businesses a trade account with payment terms 30 days end of month.

For bespoke items – or if you want to speak to us first – you can contact us directly and we will arrange a quotation. When you are happy to proceed we will then acknowledge your order and discuss payment terms at that stage.

What payment methods do you accept?
On our shop, most major credit and debit cards are accepted.

With B2B transactions, we offer pro-forma payment via bank transfer or if you are wanting to regularly repeat order we can setup a trade account with credit terms 30 days end of month following invoice date.

Where do your products come from?
Most of the products we sell are manufactured on our premises and a small amount are made at other UK manufacturing sites. All of the temporary protective packaging products we sell are made from materials which have been made in the UK. A small amount of products are made from materials that have come from other countries as the material types are not commonly made in the UK.
