Bespoke polythene packaging products

We produce a wide range of polythene products and can offer PCW (pre consumer waste) recycled content to avoid paying PPT (Plastic Packaging Tax.)

When requesting a price for a product we would ask what the intended purpose is for the product and from the answers you provide, we can then assess if it is possible to include 30% – 100% of recycled materials. The quotation you receive on email will then highlight if the quoted product is exempt from PPT or how much of the cost is paid to HMRC as Plastic Packaging Tax.

Polythene can be made into many different finishes and configurations. When quoting for a product we would consider the PE type (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE) the colour, surface slip level and strength properties. Additional additives could be included when making the material such as Anti Static, Anti Slip, UV inhibitor, Anti -Mist, Low Fusion, Non Fusion, Oxo Degradable and Volatile Corrosive Inhibitor.
